It's my birthday so on this video and audio podcast, I want to share with you 38 things, I think I've learned, by my 38th birthday.

And when I say I think it's because I really believe we're all learning all the time.

It's a great gift to continue to learn and develop and so I wanted to

share some of those with you so before I do it's been a great birthday already

I went out with my son to play golf and he got a hole in one on the fifth hole over the

water with his hybrid. It's his third hole in one by age five. There can't be anyone else on

the planet that's got three hole in ones by age five. I haven't even got one and I'm age 38.

All right so say hi tell me where you're from let's go through these 38 things and as I do it'd be really great to hear yours because I posted

this on one of my private Facebook pages and got some really great suggestions

from other people as well because hey you know we're all trying to get ahead in life

you know none of us are perfect We want to get better and do things you know maybe quicker easier faster better smarter. We want to help other people and help you know elevate them so we can all learn from each other so please share any little life

Lessons you think you've got as well. All right, so number one is everybody has uniqueness and value that means you if you're not if you don't feel that your life is going where you want it to go,

everybody on this planet has uniqueness, value, something they can contribute to the world,

they just need to find it, so remember you have two if you're not feeling so good right now.

Number two, if you've got kids, they teach you as much as you teach them.

Naively, you know, we all think that, hey, we're going to raise these amazing kids

and they're going to do what I say and they're going to have my values and you know
