1:09.0	How did you actually get into a personal development?
1:11.9	I actually read a book and going back quite a few years now, and I was a marketing manager,
1:18.4	worked for BMW, worked in the corporate world, had done so for many, many years from leading school
1:23.8	and my education. And read a book called, Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting by an author
1:29.7	called Lynn Grabhorn. And that book, it was amazing, absolutely changed my life. My life turned a
1:36.5	huge corner because it opened my mind up to the possibilities of change and potential.
1:43.4	And my journey itself, we started personally at that point and I started reading loads of books,
