1:10.0	S-W-E-A-T. What does it mean to sweat? Well, if you're exercising very hard, your body sweats. Water comes out of your skin. That is sweat. So don't sweat it. What does that mean? It simply means don't worry about it. Don't get
1:35.8	stressed about it. It will be okay. I will take care of it or there's not going to be a problem.
