hot and today we have a very special guest we went to high school together she

happened to get into some really cool stuff and I don't even know how long

she's been been doing it but we're gonna ask these questions okay this is

been a doula which is a birth worker I work with women and pregnancy labor

and delivery and postpartum and that kind of led me on my that was like the

first steps to my spiritual journey I guess you could say okay everybody's got

their own path we'll call it the spiritual journey five years ago I don't

be like 23 24 like that somewhere around there when it started and then but I've

always always always before I even like started working with birth I was

always really grounded I guess you could say yeah I like walked around when

no shoes on I still do I felt like my feet were suffocating I was really into

nature and just being outside and things and I had like a lot of I guess you

could say psychic dreams I guess you could say that's kind of how it started

having dreams about things but birth is like that thing that's between life and

death you know it's so close so to be in the realms of people like that that's

kind of when things really started like moving or death in life is birth no I mean

giving birth you're close to death and then you're giving life well yeah oh no I was

saying for the in in the baby's perspective oh well yeah you know they were dead
