Welcome to Game Changer Live. I'm Dave Anderson. We're going to talk in this episode about nine Zone Busters. You give up to go up you know what a zone buster is if

you've read my book unstoppable it's something that breaks your focus it's something that distracts you

it stops you from doing what's most productive at the moment they come in many forms and fashions

and the more times you take the bait of zone busters, the less you are

effective that day. You got to recognize them. Sometimes you're so close to them. You don't even

realize what they're doing to you, that they're nickel and diming you throughout the day. You

add it up during the day, during the week, during the month, during a career, during a lifetime.

They will hijack a substantial

amount of your energy, enthusiasm, your effort, passion, right attitude, right focus.

You can go on and on.

Zone busters are scary.

You got to stay away from them.

My guess is as I go through these nine,

you're going to recognize some that are getting you right now. Let's be aware of it. Shake it
