Sometimes they're solved eventually. Other times, they remain a mystery. But today's case is kind of both, believe it or not. A bizarre circumstance whose evidence-based theories are even crazier than the conspiracies that surround it. And I should warn you, some of this

case will get a bit graphic, so listener discretion is advised. Missing organs, illicit affairs,

all surround a shocking death. This is a case known as El Mysterio de los Primos, or the mystery of the cousins.

On Saturday, April 16, 1989, a woman named Donna Noemi smelled something strange. She was the owner

and the landlord at 3354 Mello Street in the Villa Martelli neighborhood of Buenos Aires,
