Today we are talking about one of my favorite topics, spirit guides. One of the most common

questions I get asked is, how do I meet my spirit guides?

How do I connect with my spirit guides? And I am going to hopefully simplify it for you today and

answer that question as well as I can. And what I want to say before I dive into this is for most people,

they're really overthinking it. And that's something that blocks a lot of people from all forms

of tapping in intuitively is the doubt, the fear of the, am I doing it wrong? Remember that

accessing intuitive information is a different strategy than how

you might usually get information. So instead of trying to think really hard about something and

figure it out logically, it is just surrendering, creating space and allowing things to come

through. So keep that in mind. And yes, you have spirit guides. We all have our own guides. Whether or not
