Summary

Gina shares an "ah-ha" moment from a client! "When the shame is taken away, a natural learning from mistakes happens anyways - so my mind doesn't need to worry about that. This is a big piece of the anxiety recovery for me, I think! Confidence + handling uncertainty". Quote: It was when I found out I could make mistakes that I knew I was on to something. -Ornette Coleman To learn more go to: Join our Group Coaching Full or Mini Membership Program What is anxiety?
