Today we're going to chat about something that's easy to overlook, and that is the subtle ways

So let me start with a quick refresher.

Your point of attraction is the vibrational signal you're offering in this moment.

And that signal is shaping what flows into your experience.

Most of us think we're focusing on what we want, but in reality, we're sometimes offering a

vibration that reflects what we don't want. Let me show you what I mean. Let's say someone

really wants a new job. They're imagining new possibilities, dreaming of more meaningful work, maybe even updating their resume.

But under the surface, their dominant thoughts sound like, I'm so sick of my current boss.

No one's hiring.

I've never had luck with interviews. So from the outside, it might

look like they're aligned, but vibrationalally, they're focused on lack, fear, and frustration.

That's the thing about your point of attraction. It's not about what you're saying you want. It's about what

energy you're actually practicing. Here are a few ways we all sometimes lower our point of

attraction. One, blaming. When something doesn't go how you hoped, do you find yourself

pointing a finger at your boss, your partner, the economy, the algorithm? Your blame feels justified

in the moment, but it keeps your power parked in someone else's lane, and that's never a match
