Hello my name is Wayne Cowan on behalf of the Attitude Team. I'm pleased to welcome you

to today's ADHB Experts Presentation. It is titled Shedding Labels, Shedding Shane,

Madouin Law Powerful ADHD Accommodations with Acceptance. ADHD Accommodations help level

the playing field at school, but sometimes they also work to alienate a child with ADHD

from a his or her peers. In fact, many of these students often feel shame when discussing

their accommodations. To ensure that students continue to use the resources that benefit

them most, educators and parents must adopt strategies that foster acceptance by celebrating

the differences we all have. Leading today's presentation is Tom Virgeron. Tom is the co-founder

of Inventive Labs in Amesbury, Massachusetts. Tom and co-founder Rick Fiery created Inventive

Labs because of their passion for helping young adults with learning differences, fund

alternative paths to success. Programs include gap year and entrepreneurship offerings designed

to explore careers or create new businesses in an all-accepting environment. Tom is committed

to helping the next generation find their path forward and launch their careers. He believes

it isn't a race to the finish line, but a journey of learning and exploration to find

a livelihood that offers fulfillment and success. Before starting Inventive Labs,

Tom launched a number of innovative products, while leading sales, marketing and product
