2:05.0	So way back in 2013, 2014, when I was starting my career in journey, I was very heavily influenced by two websites, platforms, right? Mr. Money Mustache.com and biggerpockets.com.
2:20.0	So my philosophy still to this day is really a hybrid of those two approaches to Money Mustache.com.
2:35.0	So I think that's the most important thing to do today and then the concept of real estate investing and that's a big part of my life in my portfolio.
