0:12.1	Hi and welcome back. I'm so glad you're back here with me this week.
0:16.0	Okay, well I have to tell you I had my first in-person
0:22.0	mastermind event over the last four days and to say that I am
0:27.0	exhausted would be an understatement. It's interesting when you have an in-person
0:32.2	event with people that previously had not been together in person,
0:35.6	you know, you'd only been working together in Zoom.
0:37.9	Wow, it's so fun, it's so exciting and it's incredible to be in person,
0:43.2	but putting an event on,
0:45.3	it takes a tremendous amount of effort and work,
0:49.0	so definitely not for the faint of heart,
0:51.9	but I'm super grateful that it went amazing.
0:54.5	It reminded me of something that I wanted to share with you today,
0:57.9	which is that we've got to put ourselves around other people that are experts in different areas and arenas so that
1:09.2	we can learn from them.
1:10.5	Even if you think you might not be able to or you're you know like I guess my
1:14.2	point is this I'm putting the event on right yet I walked away from the
1:17.7	event learning so much that maybe I'd forgotten about or I got a refresher on, you know, or that I hadn't been exposed to previously.
1:28.0	The only way to go to the next level of life is to get around people who are ahead of you, right?
1:35.0	So I hired a performance coach to work with a team.
