for you guys that are wondering what's going on with Erin and why you're having to hear

me again all the time. Erin decided it was best for her to take another break to continue

working on her mental health. She feels that maybe she came back a little too early. It

is a lot to do this job to put out as much content as we do and the social media and the

scheduling and all that is a lot if you are struggling with something. So she is going

to be back on a little bit of an extended break. I know she's going to be speaking herself

to let everybody know what's going on. But I'm just for those of you that are wondering

what it is. And as usual, I've got all my podcast friends and co-hosts that are always happy

to step in and help. I've got some Craig Craig book that I've got Ryan Bailey book. But

today I've got producer Ingrid here to talk about Bravo because it's her favorite subject.

She doesn't watch those other shows. So producer Ingrid, hello. Hi, hi everybody. It's

nice to be here. Ingrid, you're bringing the energy. I like it. I'm trying it. But listen,

I do have to say you guys do pump out a lot of content and you should be super proud

of that and your and your listeners should be super proud and super happy too. So yes,

while Erin's on a little break, I'm going to try to step up and do what I can, but you've

got some good co-hosts lined up. So well, I think you're a little biased since we do pay

you. Yes, you do. Yesterday Ingrid and I were going over like a spreadsheet like I like

to do. And she said, what about some of these expenses? I just looked at my spreadsheet.

I said, girl, the biggest expense is you. And she said, oh, well, that's necessary.

You can't get rid of that. Yes. No. That's an essential. Yes. Yes. Absolutely. It

totally is an essential. You have saved us over and over. So we appreciate it. And
