when all these documents are created at your at your birth. And so Jason did I drop anything there in the description to

cue this up that's a good way to primer it up and there's a lot more to say

from there there is a lot more to say and basically what you're going to find is that in the pre, right before we came on the air and with some of the past guests, a lot of this is about your mind.
