a little personal, something I wrote years ago, but recently rediscovered and saw in a whole new

light. It's a list, not a to-do list, not a checklist, a list of truths, beliefs, things I know to be true. At the time I wrote it,

I called it my manifesto. Now, I don't mean manifesto in a big, dramatic way. I'm not launching a

revolution. I just sat down one day and started writing what I believe, the thoughts

I want to live by, the ones that anchor me, the ones that feel good, really good when I think

them. And I'll be honest, I hadn't looked at it in a long while, but when I recently came across it again,

I was surprised by how much of it still feels spot on, still aligned. And I started thinking about

how these statements, these beliefs, are really just reflections of my vibration. They're not random. They're energetic.

They're guiding the way I live and coach and manifest. Let me share a few with you.

Mindset matters. The journey is at least as important as the destination.

Fear is for moving through, not for staying stuck in. What you focus on multiplies.

Waiting to be happy is the worst kind of wasted time. Now, if you've been hanging out in this

LOA space for a while, those probably sound familiar. These are principles we talk about often.
