It is Kankaki. There's a G. They pronounce it with a G in there like Kank. Yeah, like one of the Simpson's Aliens Kankaki Illinois. Okay, it's about an hour south of Chicago. Yeah, so it's, you know, in not like in the very far southern reaches of the state here population 24,903. So decent amount of people here.

median household income. It's, it's a little low here 32,000 to 65.

Jesus, which is well under the national average 30% of people here make under 20,000 a year. That is a lot. An hour from Chicago. That is a lot. That's bad. Yeah.

This is one of these towns that everybody seems to say used to be like a manufacturing place used to be that kind of place. And it's kind of fallen with much of the rust belt in that area. So.

And it's too far from Chicago to commute. I mean, I guess you could, but in traffic, it's going to be more than an hour, even too. It's going to be brutal. It's not easy.

median home cost here, $117,300 though. So. And they're not even trying to make it very low.
