I've had this like new found motivation and discipline come over me over the past few days and

I've just been kind of in hermit mode working lately and doing this type of challenge always helps me just just life. All right, so here are the guidelines. Number one, daily movement. So for me, I've

committed to doing a 30 minute incline walk every day, and I've also booked in my

trainer for three times a week on top of that so that's a lot of movement for me

I was going from not moving basically at all and working a lot on my computer the first beginning few months of the year and then I finally decided to really just invest in my health and get a trainer.

I'm at the point now in my life where I can have that luxury and it was kind of weird because I was resistant to it for a while thinking why am I going to waste money on this?
