Yes, so for anyone who doesn't know her, Kristen Hubbard is the founder and CEO of the

admired all-female DJ company R. DJ Rocks and entertainment brands are

photobuth Rocks as well as Onyx powered by R. D.J. rocks. She is based in

Orlando, Florida and they are a seven-figure entertainment collection of brands that rock 600 to 800 events a year collectively with their roster of talented

DJ's and a team of over 20 dedicated event and hospitality specialists.

So basically, absolute queen.

She's a rock star.

She also hosts the Love Lead Excel podcast

and recently released her debut country album Heartbound.

She is incredible.

And personally, we know her because she is the DJ

for both of our past Heart conferences.

And when we say she lit up the stage at our first one that we immediately had to hire

her for the next one we are not kidding yeah she is incredible and today's

conversation is just such a heartfelt episode we talk about how she built her DJ business how she became a serial

entrepreneur what she had to deal with with the being an event industry professional during
