0:39.2	for 17, no 18 years, I don't even know. I owned a condo there for 18 years never thought about moving until all of a sudden I sold my condo and moved and I decided I wanted to rent for a year because I didn't know if I'd like the new area. I ended up loving where I live.
0:55.1	So much so I just wanted to renew the lease and stay. Cut to, the owner did not feel the same way.
1:01.4	She actually wants to sell the place I live, so suddenly I found
1:04.8	myself looking for somewhere else to live.
1:07.0	Well, I have not found the ideal situation yet, so I just kept saying to myself, you know,
1:12.4	you'll see the signs Heather trust that the right opportunity will present itself just like it did last time
1:17.4	All will work out all will be well and I truly believe that
1:21.4	However my son is a huge holiday guy, huge, right? Like
1:26.3	wants everything decorated is all in all holidays all the time. And so it's super
