estate and laundromat expert, Brian Brunkhorst. Brian and his wife currently owned and managed

five laundromats as well as several other private business and real estate ventures.

Additionally, in 2009, Brian also co-authored a book titled Seize Your Opportunities, How to

Live Your Life Without Limits. It was expert panelists at the

laundry industry's semi-annual Clean Show trade show and was elected to the board of directors

of the Gold State Coin Laundry Association, where he now serves as president. In addition to his

entrepreneurial ventures, Brian also devotes time giving back to others by speaking to kids in

schools about being an entrepreneur,

teaching educational classes around laundromat ownership, and helping others achieve their dreams

through one-on-one coaching and mentoring. And so in today's show, our goal is to pull back the layers

of Brian's business and take a look behind the scenes of the laundry industry, but more importantly,

how to succeed and build a

sustainable cash-filling laundromat business. Before we get on to the show, Brian, just want to run

through a few quick updates with you guys. First and foremost, if you're just tuning for the very

first time, you probably don't know too much about me or my business. I do not own laundromats,

but we actually specialize in mobile home parks.
