You know your body is a really good container for the goodness of God and for the goodness

But sometimes things get stuck in our bodies or there's an energy flow, a thought that we have, or an emotion that we have, that can kind of keep us busy or feeling anxious

It'll keep us busy in the now or worried about what tomorrow will bring. So right

now this is a time for you to just distance yourself from your emotions in a way that you can just become curious and observing

whether we are going to sit in a chair and sit comfortably and upright in a chair or lay on our back. We're looking for a long

spine so you can wiggle your hips, your shoulders and just begin to notice what it feels like to be seated or laying down and then

begin to breathe. Take a deep breath, inhale, exhale.

And right away with your first intentional breath, you'll notice a shift.

It's something we need more of in our life is the ability to breathe

Because that breath invites the Holy Spirit the active force of God in you to become somewhat of a bouncer or a protector of your heart and your mind.

So breathe and inhale for the count of five.

Exhale for the count of five. This time try to inhale and not breathe through your mouth, but more so your nose.

Just rest your lips together and inhale.
