If you're balancing stress and if you're balancing intensity distribution, you can't just raise intensity up a ton while also raising up volume because you're doubling down on stress.

Usually what you need to do is you need to kind of reduce volume and increase intensity because you're going to get the same type and the same amount of stress.

But this week was supposed to be, or was originally scheduled to be like the Chattanooga 70.3 race. A ton of our listeners participate in that. We usually do it. It's a team race for us every year. And, you know, we're all kind of in a place where everything is changing. Nothing is, you know, consistent. Nothing is the same as it used to be.
