Hawaii. I usually do it like midday, try to get it done before my neighbors get

home today. Work went long a little bit at the desk trying to get stuff prepared. Here we are.

We may or may not do Ask Zach, I'm going to play it by ear depending on how long the show is how good I feel about what I have recorded when the time comes

Let's say today though. We're gonna talk about

Quarterbacks whose careers were held back

by being on a bad team.

We're also going to talk about seven teams

that I can guarantee are not going to win the Super Bowl. We're also going to discuss five

quarterback set of limitations that I would not feel good if they were my

favorite team starting quarterback. Now thank goodness I do not have a favorite team

but there are people like Bears fans right now.

How do you guys feel?

I would not feel good.

And then we will end the show talking about why the 49ers did the right thing, and I'll explain what that means down the road.

Today let's jump in first though. It is nearly impossible to overcome dysfunction. I

think people don't realize how much that having a bad coach or

bad ownership or being part of a bad organization or having bad teammates, people don't understand how much that can bring you down.
