Welcome in, everyone, to this week's edition of the Deer Hunter podcast Friday, May 23rd.

It finds you on the eve of White Boy Summer.

It is the Memorial Day weekend episode, opening weekend of summer. That's kind of, you know,

two things going on with Memorial Day, right? We're paying homage to those that paid the

ultimate sacrifice, and it's kind of known that it's like the opening weekend of summer.

So one, we're going to start off here the right way today.

We're going to take a moment of silence for all the men and women that have paid that ultimate sacrifice that were afforded the opportunities here to live in this country

and do what we love to do.

We are so extremely grateful for those that are have done that and for those that are you know actively serving it's uh it's not talked about enough it's critical i know it's a

you know this is a fun kind to everybody holiday weekend, but just remember why you have Monday off. It's important, right? So we're going to do a couple things here. We're going to get, we're going to take care of a little bit of business.

Oops, sorry, I got some audio levels that I'm adjusting here on the fly. A little bit of cold weather moved in. We got a cold front for White Boy summers. A little bit, you know, it's maybe not perfectly ideal. We joke a kid a little bit here in this episode. This is a fun episode, and there's a lot covered in here. We cover the business stuff in the front end of it, and then we loosen up, and we have a lot of fun.

And I want to say that right on the forefront of the show.

Remember that this is a show, and we are here to entertain you by all methods.

And one of the things that we love to do here is use comedy and humor.

We have great senses of humor. Well, I guess that's subject to opinion.

We enjoy our sense of humor and each other's senses of humor, and we hope that lighthearted people

like yourself can do the same. There's a lot of opinions in here. There's some serious talk and some things that I know people are, there's a portion of the populace that's going to have grief with some of the things that we discuss in here.

But we also have a decent track record of being right on some of these topics that are discussed here so this week. So just keep that in mind.
