Sorenson. We are excited to be with you today talking about five tips when buying a home.

Now, this isn't a rental home. This is your home. Yeah, the home you live in. I just want to

clarify, you know, okay. I'm really excited about this topic too. And I want to forewarn everybody

or give you this cool perspective. We want to talk from basics and leave you with a cutting

edge strategy on top of the five. So if some of you think

we're getting a little too basic, deal with it. Because there's a lot of terms in buying a home

that are kind of unique. Yeah. And I think for many listening, it's like, I've never bought a home.

I've rented or maybe it's like, hey, my kids are looking at buying a house. This is a great episode for someone out there buying a home that needs to break down the basics. Or maybe you bought one before and you kind of screwed it up and you're like, man, what should I have thought about when I did that? You know, this can be a good little podcast for you too. Yeah. Well, and on top of all this, we're going to dive right into it.
