And I'm really looking forward to diving into the topic. I know it's something that people struggle with where they can't get the last 10, 15, 20 pounds off. But it's actually probably not as difficult as you think. It's just a case of switching some of the things that people have been doing up until now. And I know intermittent fasting is such a fantastic tool to help people get that weight off and get that body fat down. But sometimes you need a little bit extra and doing a few more.
