And then I started playing music or like a lot of like Outfitter lodges and stuff in exchange for hunting. And I kind of started networking in the industry and played it a lot of like shows and stuff like ATA and stuff. The rest of the year I had this whole other life where I was not out here and I was playing music trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life and I was reading books and stuff on like real estate. Had this idea to basically buy a farm and do some work to it and then sell it. I've been doing it a long time and the Whitetail Group, after I had bought and sold several farms and set them up, decided to start like a brand around it, you know, and that way it made those farms different than other farms.
