Hey guys, welcome back to another episode. I swear I do most of the intros now because Nick just does not like doing intros. He's like, oh my gosh, no, you do it. It's fine. But I'm joined here with my husband. He's amazing and he has a lot to say on this episode and so do I. We're unpacking this idea

of conviction and shame. What are they? How do they apply to our lives? How do we deal with them?

Because it is a part of our daily walk of faith. But also, how is God welcoming us into a newer

depth of understanding him? And I think this is a big part of our walk in faith.

So we're excited for you guys to listen, and let's just go ahead and get started.

We've been jumbling our words, trying to record this several times.

And I truly believe, we were just talking about this, that Jesus wants to set some people free today.

And he wants to change your perspective, maybe on this topic of shame and conviction and what the difference is, and maybe if you're living in shame and how to walk out of it.

So I think that this is a timely topic, because I know a lot of us tend to walk in shame and not even know it.

And so we want to call that out and hopefully give you it. And so we wanna call that out

and hopefully give you some helpful healing tips

to move forward because I know that it can just feel

debilitating to kind of live in this cycle.

So we're gonna share the difference first off

between conviction and shame.

So Nick, if you wanna go ahead and start us off.

Yep, yep, yep. So this is the biggest thing that we want you to take away from the episode today.

And that is that the difference between shame and conviction is that shame is from Satan.

It's from the enemy, whichever one you want to call him.
