Now, on with a show. Now on the door-with-a-show. Ordinary working people, you speak to them on the doorstep, certainly in some of the hard-pressed

communities, you know, they're worried about jobs, they're worried about wages, they're worried about their family.

They want to talk about issues like immigration and law and order. They want to talk about the things that actually impact on them day to day.

Those are the issues that when they're raised on the doorstep, many labour activists will just

stare down at the ground and shuffle their feet in embarrassment because they're not

comfortable talking about those issues.

And until they start focusing laser-like on the issues that matter to people, I think,

you know, Labour's got no chance of winning again.
