What can I support you in? Like what kind of content are we

needing these days? I have been super super internal for the past like four or five months just in in myself in my own energy doing a lot of

inner work doing a lot of studying I'm in

the middle of my next certification program and it is a big one.

I'm getting five certifications

for different therapy modalities at once.

So it is a lot of school, a lot of studying the brain

and brain waves and neuroplasticity

and how the mind-body connection works and all kinds of good stuff that's going to help

make me a better coach for you all.

And I've also just been internal in my business,

just really focused on spending my energy

inside of the memberships, both becoming her collective

and CEO Club and just creating content there, focusing on my girls and they're making it the best

space I can possibly make it in terms of content, adding like courses and master classes and all kinds of good shit to those and so I needed to
