Saturday or one or two Saturdays out of the month I host waited out on Instagram at 5 p.m.

Pacific time. It's a time for people that are single, dating, or even those that are like in a

full-on relationship and they're just trying to figure some things out. It's a great place to come and talk about

dating and relationships and I host that on my Instagram it's an

Instagram live that we do what you're about to hear is one of those episodes and so

some of the audio might be a little bit like by doo-to-do because it's from an

dating waiting and more. If you are always saying this at the beginning if you're under 13 this is not the place for you at all if you

are like you know middle school high school this might not be the place for you

either just know that this is targeted to

adults and young adults that are single that are dating or that are engaged and

that are waiting and so let's just be intentional about the ears that we've got in the room, as you can probably hear our 10 month

old just across the house, but she's not listening. Don't worry, she's probably, I don't know,

I've got some headphones on Rock and not to Doc McStuffins who knows but tonight is
