episode, 368 Welcoming. So most of today's episode is going to be a very, very long interview with a guy I love coach Dan Casey

he's a content creator he's a football coach we talk a lot about football we talk a

lot about like coaching philosophy I'm also going to talk a little bit

a little bit about Major League Baseball. I got a big ask exact segment at the end. We'll

talk about the NBA in a moment. There is a story I read this morning that was pretty like, oh, wow, that's pretty crazy.

Apparently Tom Brady played all of last year with a torn MCL, which is a knee ligament.

And it was a partial tear to his MCL.

And it's just pretty crazy.

I mean, there's not much more to be said there. We don't need to do a whole topic about it.

But if you already liked Tom Brady, now you're like, wow, okay. Not only is he incredibly committed, he seems even more tough than we thought and it kind of

adds more fuel to the fire that belief that hey the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could be

better this fall than they were last year I mean they got a healthy quarterback

again right right like Brady was hurt all year they were coming

right right like Brady was hurt all year last year they were coming off a weird

off season they really came together clearly at the end of the year winning a

Super Bowl I imagine that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are going to run, be like a well-oiled

machine all year, it's way more high-quality football, way more in-sink and I part of that story is hey Tom Brady apparently
