should look better than the last. But truthfully, that is not how success looks. And I'm going to give

you a great analogy that I've been shared with me that I've used over the years to better

understand that success is more of stepping up a staircase or a spiral.

But if you're doing things the right way day in and day out and your seem to hit plateaus or

you seem to level out a bit, that is completely normal.
