described in a moment, but first I want to spend a little bit of time explaining why you must

have a team. This is a topic I could spend a great deal of time on. You've heard me address it in other episodes, I'm sure. But if we haven't driven the point home yet, you need a team. Many of us are introverts. We got into internet marketing and online business and we started building our Amazon businesses because we kind of like to be left alone and like to do our

own thing. We enjoy people, but we're kind of drained being around people. That's the best

definition of an introvert that I ever heard is it's not that we don't like people. It's just

we find being in groups of people draining, whereas extroverts find groups of people invigorating.

It energizes them. We both enjoy being in groups of people. And if you're healthy, anyway,

you should enjoy that. But as an introvert, if that's you, or even as an extrovert,

you can't do business alone. You simply can't. Now, many of the tasks will involve you sitting down,

focusing, and getting the work done, but your business will be capped at the level where your

ability to form new relationships and bring new people into your business ends. At the point where

you say, okay, that's enough. I don't need any

more relationships. I don't need any more people speaking into my business or helping me grow.

This is all I need. I'm capping it here. What you've just done is begun your descent into losing

your business at that point. You've got to constantly be growing, constantly be adding to your

team, constantly be building new relationships. Without abandoning the old relationships, by the way.
