Hi everybody and welcome to a time of being still and being loved.

My name is Elisa Keaton. Right now just begin to find yourself seated in a comfortable

position or perhaps laying down on your back and begin to wiggle your body or go ahead and

adjust yourself just so that your movement you notice down your spine maybe into your

legs often when we are being still we can just feel kind of anxious. So go ahead and notice if you are anxious right now or

maybe this feels uncomfortable. Perhaps you didn't want to do this, but you know that it was calling you.

This presence of peace that you're seeking and you will find.

So the breath becomes a really good partner

with the body. It actually integrates the body, the active side of the body to

the resting side. So just begin to take a few breaths that fill all the way through to the top of your lungs,
