The one I was reading was 2013 and the scientist spent nearly 10 years designing a battery-powered

solar charge kind of tracking colour and then they put it on cheaters and so it measured

exactly when they're speeding up, when they're slowing down, etc.

And then it looked at when they were successful in hunts and when they weren't.
