James McAvoy plays a Scottish maniac cop who makes the bad lieutenant look like McGruff the crime dog.

This movie starts out like it's going to be fast-paced fun but quickly becomes a sluggish slog.

I guess a slog by definition is sluggish.

Imaging Putes remains cute, however.

So you should watch it if you're a Putes completest.
