Coming to you from a hotel in Athens, Georgia,

where I've had a lovely four-night visit,

culminating yesterday with the beautiful farm wedding of my friends John and Nora.

It's Sunday, April 12, 2015.

So, dear shorties, I attended a star-studded wedding yesterday here in Athens,

and when I first got the invite to this wedding last year, I knew

that this could be a potential slam dunk for a Douglas movies in Atlanta. Everybody has to go back

to Atlanta on Sunday to fly home, so I thought it'd be real easy to corral some amazing guests.

But alas, of the ten or possibly more potential guests for today's Douglas movies at the improv at 420, none were able to work it into their schedules.

Not Jonah Ray, which would have been sweet because he was in the missing, the lost Atlanta episode that was so good.

Not Todd Barry, not Sarah Silverman, not Jack McBrayer, not Joe Lodrullio, not Archer, not Don Draper.

I know they're real names, but you get the idea.

Michael fucking Sheen says he wants to do the show, but not today.

Two people who couldn't make it to the wedding.

Steve Agee and, oh, let me check my email.

That might mean that, oh, no, never mind.

Steve Agee and Graham Elwood were supposed to be there, but had to cancel for different reasons a couple days ago.
