One, a demographic crisis, decline in strong family structures and a shrinking birth rate,

disillusion of communal institutions, three, an identity crisis, which is the weaponization of racial

and gender-driven identity politics in the fight for good jobs and status,

four, a political crisis, which is inflamed by distracting culture wars and a moral panic

from both left and the right. All of these crises in his perspective are shaped by an underlying one

that is an economic crisis, which is due to the existence of too many bad jobs with in his words,
