Learning how to run a profitable business takes time. Despite what some people might have you believe, we’re not born equipped with all the knowledge and wisdom we need to become a successful entrepreneur. Life teaches us those things.
You might have the fundamentals of running a business down to a tee, but it’s not until you’re in the trenches of your business that you gain a wealth of knowledge and finally understand what it takes to be a business owner.
I’ve learned a lot throughout my career. But, the lessons I learned back in my first business, have arguably been the most impactful on me and my career.
