0:08.0

How's it going? It's good. Very, very, very, very good. Everybody looks awake today, which is cool. I've been up for a while. I wasn't got coffee already.

0:17.0

Cool. David nodded like, yeah, I've been awake forever.

0:23.0

It's 908. I got up at 745. It's, yeah, normally today. Yeah, yeah. Right on. Well, good for us. We all got up at a reasonable time.

0:34.0

Good morning. That's cool. Yeah. I went for a run already this morning. That always gets me going. But it is so hot.

0:42.0

Like on Monday, on Monday, I got up and I immediately went for a two mile walk, not a run, just a walk. And I thought, I'm going to start a new habit.

0:53.0

And then I'm Tuesday in the fall. Yeah. It didn't, it only, it only happened on Monday. But I need to start a new health here habit for sure, especially in the morning. That's, that's when I'm most motivated.

1:05.0

Yeah. So I didn't run yesterday. We've talked about this before, but I didn't run yesterday because I had to drive to Louisville and get my new license stuff worked out whatever.

1:15.0

And I just didn't have time. And mid afternoon, I sat down on the couch, like, I don't know, for just a few minutes. And I got so tired.

1:24.0

And I found that if I don't do some sort of exercise in the morning, I just mid afternoon, I kind of crash. I just can't, I don't know what it is.

1:32.0

Yeah. There was a, there's a new weasier waiter video. And he's like working out for 700 days in a row and the effects of that. And he's talking to his trainer online. And his trainer said, instead of taking naps, I exercise.

1:48.0

And that just kind of like blew my mind. Like, what if, what if I did that? Because I take a lot of naps.

1:55.0

I've never taken naps in my life until recently. And I guess it might have to do with the heat because what I do is it's so hot.

2:02.0

I'll go in my room, which I keep the air conditioner on if I know it's going to be a 90 degree day. So I have a place to go hang out, check my messages or whatever if I need a break.

2:10.0

And lately, about three or four times a week, I'll go in my bedroom and just lay down and check messages and just immediately fall asleep.

2:18.0

Nothing to do with the age, just the heat.

2:21.0

Probably has everything to do with the age. And the end of the heat, yeah. It's a little of both.

2:27.0

But mostly the heat.

2:29.0

No, I just, I can't believe I'm this old. We could talk about that when we get in the subject.

2:35.0

So the other day, my wife's birthday was this best weekend. So we went out and we know some people who have a farm and it backs up to a river.

2:44.0

And so we went to their river access and like played in the river and kayaked and fished and just kind of goofed around in this little section of river.

2:53.0
