| 0:58.6 | However the way that we face that obstacle shifts when we have higher consciousness. |

| 1:11.7 | caused my body to create an armor. |
| 1:14.8 | I know you know that feeling, that feeling like I can't fully trust because when I trust |
| 1:20.8 | my hope gets let down. |
| 1:25.3 | You may be have trusted someone with a project and they weren't able to finish it or maybe |
| 1:29.0 | you trusted a friend to keep a secret of yours and they shared it or maybe you trusted |
| 1:32.9 | a partner and they disobeyed that trust for whatever reason it could look like in so |
| 1:37.5 | many ways but so often we then have the proof, the evidence of why we can't trust others, |
| 1:42.8 | why we can't have our hearts open. |
| 1:45.4 | That it causes us to put on this body shield. |
| 1:48.7 | This shield feels like a tensing in your chest like your heart literally has to have a metallic |
| 1:56.1 | layer over it to protect itself from being shattered again. |
| 2:02.0 | And there are micro-shadders and macro-shadders throughout our days. |
