But just before his real estate journey began, when he was working in a high stress career

in the music industry, things got worse.

I thought I was doing the right stuff, but I was drinking too much, and I

hit a rock bottom point before COVID, and I landed myself in inpatient rehab. In this episode,

eight weeks of hiring them with our very first long-distance rental. We were 2,000 miles away from
