Anyone that's been following along with what we've done here over the last nine or ten years here has got to know.

I think us get to know the brand.

And what has been happening here recently has been very uncharacteristic of everyone here at Exodus.

And there's been

inklings and people have reached out asking what's the health of Exodus and where are we at and

unfortunately we're going to be closing our doors this in the next three weeks before the end of

the year and that's exceptionally hard to say out loud.

And I know that there's going to be a lot of different emotions on this podcast. And also,

I'm sure as the listeners to this, like you guys have bought into what we've done. You believed

in our mission. And ultimately, from a lot of outside forces, we haven't been able to deliver

what we want and know we could. And ultimately,

we'll dive into everything. And the goal of this is to be completely transparent. That's what we've

been in the past. And we haven't been transparent because we've been working exceptionally hard

to avoid this exact conversation. And we've pushed it off a little bit longer than probably

what we should have because
