Ah, we, so since we're doing no rules, we don't have a cocktail of the week this week, but we are

drinking the epresky swizzle, which we have done as cocktail of the week in the past.

Seems like you're sneaking in some rules.

I just want to talk about this cocktail because I was saying to you before, like, it's a very strong

cocktail. It's an ounce and a half of rum and then three quarters of an ounce of chartruse, but chartruse is like quite high proof.

And I love this, like it is the perfectly designed drink for me. It's got pineapple juice a little lime juice. It's like a teaky kind of drink a swizzle and and I made it and we were out like watching the sunset and I was like I like this drink so much that like I'm only like a quarter of the way through the first one and I'm already thinking about wanting a second one.

It's so dangerous because then I'm just like absolutely toast.

It's like a Halloween candy kind of. I have all sorts of plants I have to give a lecture tonight still

Yeah, but we forget about that and it's gonna be a great lecture not for me. I'm not having a second drink. I hope I don't get a lecture from you. That's a whole different meaning. I don't need no lectures. These people want me a lecture. Also, I like the word swizzle because it reminds me of a nice dog. Yeah. I mix it up with sizzle.
