Anyway, we're on to day three of the Battle of Gettysburg, Friday, July 3rd, 1863.

As we said at the end of the last show, the third day at Gettysburg is best remembered

for Pickett's Charge, of course.

But on July 3rd, there was also hours of combat on Culp's Hill, some deadly skirmishing

between the lines throughout the morning, particularly around the Bliss Farm, and no less

than four cavalry engagements scattered around here and there.

So that means we have quite a bit to cover with regard to the third day of the battle,
