event.

She starts with how to seamlessly join a conversation without it being awkward, how to keep the conversation

going once it starts and then how to exit a conversation without seeming like a jerk or

a grouper awkward.

Jean then suggests actions you can take if you get snubbed or you end up putting your foot

in your mouth.

It's small talk something you struggle with and it's mean to party with people you don't

know as you feel with fear.
