So fun fact about me in case you didn't know, I studied psychology and film and television

in college. I went to UCLA for undergrad. And my first year of school,

as I was thinking, what do I want to do with my psychology degree? I thought I wanted to be a

relationship therapist because all of my favorite classes were about relationships. I thought

they were so fascinating. I'm actually very good at facilitating

productive conversations between two people, but obviously I didn't become a relationship therapist,

although sometimes I feel like I am with some of the conversations I have. But the point is,

I find relationships to be so fascinating. And if you do too, then you are going

to love today's guest. And I also think this is such an interesting topic, especially in the last

few years as people have been speaking out more about their different opinions on marriage and monogamy. So it's definitely an interesting topic.

And on today's show, I am talking to Roger Nygaard. He is such an awesome guy. He is an acclaimed

filmmaker and triple-time Emmy-nominated TV editor.
