Jason, welcome back to the Exodus podcast. It's pleasure to have you here. Absolutely. Good to see

you, Jake. Yeah. And so for people listening, it's been a while since we've had an outside podcast,

and I'm jealous I sit here in my office and I see some autumn leaves starting to change.

And yeah, that's really exciting. But before we get into everything, I will say this last year when I was hunting,

I appreciated your check in text throughout late October, November,

general pep talk. And I don't take that for granted because we all need to be that friend.

We all need to be that person for someone at some point in the season because whether we met

or not, it's emotional roller coasters. Things don't go your way at times. And you just need someone in your corner to say, hey, keep at it, keep at it, enjoy it. So I challenge everyone to be that person for someone at some point this season. I'm thankful you were that gentleman for me last year. But you've been on the podcast here a handful of times.
