So, even though the psalmist is confused, befuddled, and unsure exactly what to make of the

negatives that are flooding the lives of God's people, the one thing he never questions is whence

they come.

If you seek to evade and sidestep that, you end up with far less comfort and joy than when you realize you live in a world where God's sovereign will hold sway, despite all

the appearances to the contrary.
